Wedding photography became my life’s work....again, because it gives me the privilege of preserving one of the most meaningful days in a couple’s story. Every wedding is different, but the purpose is always the same: to create images that help you remember not just how your day looked, but how it felt.
From the beginning, I was drawn to the way photography can hold emotion, connection, and time in a single frame. In wedding photography, that matters on an even deeper level. A quiet glance, a burst of laughter, a tear during vows, the way two families come together—these moments may pass quickly, but they deserve to be remembered with care.
That responsibility is what made this work feel so meaningful to me. It is not simply about showing up with a camera. It is about being present, anticipating what is about to happen, and preserving the moments that couples will want to revisit for years to come.
Over the years, I have learned how to read the rhythm of a wedding day. Experience helps me stay calm, adapt quickly, and notice the small details that often matter most. It also allows me to support couples in a way that helps them feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
When you are planning a wedding in Louisiana, or anywhere in the country, the photographer you choose should bring more than technical skill. You deserve someone who understands timing, knows how to move through the day with care, and can help you feel at ease from the first conversation to the final image delivery.
Winning “Best/Favorite Photographer” awards is always an honor, but the real reward is the trust couples place in me. That trust is what continues to inspire me every day. It reminds me that my work is not just about images; it is about service, presence, and peace of mind.
At PBM Photography, I want every couple to feel supported, seen, and fully able to enjoy their wedding day. My role is to preserve the story as it unfolds, with honesty, intention, and a polished professional approach that reflects the significance of the occasion.
That is why wedding photography is still my life’s work. It allows me to do what I love while creating something lasting for the people who matter most.
